Self-Hosted License

The key commercial terms for buyers who choose the self-hosted edition of Simplivo.

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. What This Page Covers

This page applies to the self-hosted edition of Simplivo. It does not replace the separate cloud subscription terms that apply to Simplivo Cloud customers.

2. What the Self-Hosted License Includes

  • The right to deploy and use the self-hosted edition according to the license you purchased.
  • Access to the standard installation package and documentation.
  • One year of updates and support included with the initial purchase.
  • Continued lifetime use of the version you installed.

3. What Happens After the Included Year

Your installed version continues working after the first year of updates and support ends.

There is no kill switch tied to the included year. Optional renewal is for another year of updates and support, not for continued use of the version you already installed.

4. Support, Setup, and Add-Ons

  • The initial self-hosted purchase includes one year of support.
  • Optional yearly renewals for updates and support may be purchased separately after the included year.
  • Done-for-you deployment services may be sold separately.

5. Customer Responsibilities

If you use the self-hosted edition, you are responsible for your own infrastructure, deployment operations, backups, upgrades, and runtime environment unless a separate managed service agreement says otherwise.

6. Restrictions

You may not use the self-hosted edition in a way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or breaches the commercial scope of the license you purchased.

7. Changes and Clarifications

We may update this page over time to clarify the commercial terms of the self-hosted edition. The latest version will be posted here.
